Euro-BBW trains Health Services Officers (m/f)

In the future, the health service sector will be the engine to create new jobs. This does not only concern medical and custodial assistants but also related administrative tasks. Thus, the vocational profile "Health Service Officer (m/f)" has been brought into being in Germany some years ago in order to provide for this specific demand. From 1st August 2012, the European Vocational Training Centre will offer the corresponding training course in order to give also young people undergoing vocational rehabilitation such an opportunity, especially as the chances to get a job in this sector are much better than in the general office sector and there are only a few in-company training places.

A corresponding training plan, envisaging also a close collaboration with enterprises of the health service sector, was elaborated and after verifying the prerequisites concerning human resources and facts, the responsible Chamber of Commerce and Industry Trier has recognized the Euro-BBW as a training centre for this new vocation.
